Met Your Dog Walker

Thank you for considering my business to care for your pet. It is hard to trust just anyone with your special friend. That is why I think it is important for you to know a little bit about me, and how I came to start Spoiled Pawz.

I grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. I have always loved animals. Growing up we always had a dog, along with a variety of "little critters". After receiving my Associates degree, I moved to Maryland to attend Hood College, in Frederick, Maryland. After graduating I had worked a series of "mediocre" jobs, but nothing rewarding. One day while talking to my mother on the phone about wanting to find a job that was rewarding, exciting and that I could look forward to doing, she suggested dog walking/pet care. I scoffed at the idea, thinking how can you make money walking a dog or doing pet care, but remembered that I enjoyed it when I did it while I was in high school and on breaks from college, helping family, friends and neighbors so I figured I would give it a shot. And rest is history!

Since I started Spoiled Pawz in 2007 it has been nothing but rewarding, and a joy working with dogs and cats everyday! I really enjoy giving the peace of mind to each of my clients knowing that they can count on me to keep their pet happy and safe. I have also gained loads of experience on many levels with dogs and cats, from dogs who were just weaned from their mother to senior dogs living their "golden years". I work with all dogs and breeds. No breeds restrictions, I only ask them not to bite me. I have worked with dogs on many levels who are in need of medical care or special needs care ie: anxiety or diabetic care, etc. With that being said, no task is too difficult for me. You can be assured that no matter what your dog or cat's medical care or special needs care, Spoiled Pawz will be able to handle it with the same care and love as if you were there yourself.

On a personal note I have a special place in my heart for bully breeds (the most misunderstood breed). I own a Staffordshire Bull Terrier which is considered a bully breed. Quincey is the most loveable and friendly dog ever! Since I started Spoiled Pawz I have become Bonded & Insured, Certified in Pet First Aide, CPR and Dog Obedience Training. My love for animals shows in my work, and my clients completely agree! I look forward to hearing from you when you are in need of pet care.
